This Privacy Policy describes how ApplyPilot ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.

1. Information we collect

We collect the email address and password (hashed) you provide at signup, the CVs, cover letters, job descriptions, and application records you create, and basic usage data needed to operate the service.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to deliver the product: storing your CVs, generating AI-tailored content on request, and showing you your own application history. We never sell your personal data.

3. AI processing

When you use AI features, the content you submit (CV, job description) is sent to our model provider on your behalf. Providers process inputs to generate the response and do not train on your data under our agreement.

4. Data storage

Data is stored on our managed Postgres infrastructure with Row-Level Security so only your authenticated session can read or modify your records.

5. Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time from the account screen. Contact us to request a full export or account erasure.
