ApplyPilot is an online AI-powered job application assistant that provides digital tools to help users create, improve, and tailor CVs, cover letters, application emails, and interview preparation material.
1. Digital Products and Services
ApplyPilot sells digital credit packs and access to AI-powered job application tools. Once credits are used to generate AI content, that service has been delivered and the used credits are not refundable.
2. Credit Pack Refunds
If a user purchases a credit pack by mistake and has not used any of the credits, they may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refund requests must be sent to: support@applypilot.co.za
The refund request must include:
- Full name
- Email address used on ApplyPilot
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
3. Used Credits
Credits that have already been used to generate CV content, cover letters, application emails, match scores, interview preparation, or any other AI-generated output are not refundable.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If ApplyPilot offers a monthly subscription plan, users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments already made for the current billing period.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a user believes they were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or did not receive their purchased credits, they must contact us at: support@applypilot.co.za
We will investigate the transaction and correct the issue where applicable.
6. Service Availability
ApplyPilot aims to keep the platform available and working reliably. However, temporary downtime, maintenance, third-party provider issues, or AI service interruptions may occur from time to time.
