1. The service
ApplyPilot provides tools to draft, tailor, and track job applications, including AI-assisted text generation.
2. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to generate misleading credentials, impersonate others, harass anyone, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
4. AI content
AI-generated content is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy and truthfulness before sending it to recruiters.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing screen.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for hiring outcomes or indirect damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
